Hi guys I have tried to setup the dhcp server with a class A subnet on my WRT54G-TM build 12548 mega but was unable to do it successfully from the basic >> setup page (see image attached). From the image it recognizes it as a class C range.

However if I disable the DHCP server on the basic >> setup page and configure it manually under services>> dnsmasq >> Additional DNSMasq Options using the dhcp-range command it works.

example
dhcp-range=10.1.1.1,10.200.200.200,255.0.0.0,24h

Is this a limitation in the GUI or am I configuring it incorrectly?

Also tried it on my WZR-600DHP build 21676 same results.

I think this is a limitation in the gui ... They committed my patch to dns masq to allow more then 253 leases.. I have found the same thing, disabling DHCP and using it in dnsmasq works for more then 253 leases..

I would love to see the GUI improved to support this. I had to go the route spanman did and use custom options. It would be nice to be able to set it in the GUI. Even crap OEM firmware for most routers will let you specify a class A or B DHCP range.
