There was a power outage during the recent snowstorm here, and the R7000 stopped booting, cycling through LED lights, and ending up with orange power LED.
I tried flashing it with nmrpflash, then with serial, and now I can be sure that the firmware is ok. I think the wireless hardware got fried. The boot process ends with a kernel panic of some sort. Could someone confirm this, looking at the log?
If it is so, is there any firmware I could flash that would give me the use of the router without wifi?

Try another power supply, they do some strange things when psu is going down. (just a thought always worth checking) _________________ Netgear R7800 PPPoE Main Router
