the standard ca8 has the same serial adapter and the same recovery method. 115200 is the baudrate.
and any standard 3.3v serial adapter works. so you need to build a cable with the max323 converter _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking? Sounds like a Mac to me.." - Louis Rossmann https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eL_5YDRWqGE&t=60s

Hi BrainSlayer, I tried another cable, but same effect, device seems to be unpingable at 192.168.1.1, tried telnet - nothing, tried hyperterminal and tftp - nothing. Power and wlan leds light, is it totally bricked? THX

It will never reply to ping. Just thw console gives you instructions how to debrick. Consider the Baudrate _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking? Sounds like a Mac to me.." - Louis Rossmann https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eL_5YDRWqGE&t=60s

Maybe I´m a dummy but what exactly is thw console? How can i get to it, cause i tried homemade serial cable and hyperterminal (from windows), putty to get it to the recovery mode after boot, but nothing happend. Hyperterminal says that is connected but nothing on screen. Device looks booting and functional in the certain point of view. THX for help and answer.

the console (thw is just a typo) at baudrade 115200 ir should display you some options directly after plugin the power. if not, something is definitly fault _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking? THX for your answer. Looks that second case is my case, device seems working but after the console connection at 8bit 115200 baudrate 1stopbit emulation and HW acceleration none, console shows nothing but that is connected with settings i wrote above.
