Hi all, I have a Linksys WAP54G AP that I wanted to flash with DD-WRT. It's old, there is no hardware version listed at all. I wanted to cross reference its compatibility in the supported device list, but when looking at the FCC-ID, there are no matches at all under Linksys. The FCC ID is: QDS-BRCM1005, which to my surprise, matches under Belkin with totally different model numbers (F5D7130-4 and F5D7230-4).

I don't want to flash it until I verify which firmware I should be using but am surprised at the FCC-ID being associated with a totally different manufacturer AP.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

If you have the serial number, you can cross reference the hardware version at the following: http://wiki.openwrt.org/doku.php?id=oldwiki:openwrtdocs:hardware:linksys:wap54g
