Hi there,
I'm pretty new to VLANs and am having a little trouble.
I recently got a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Lite and was trying to figure out if a setup was possible. The Ubiquiti router has EdgeOS on it, and I have a DD-WRT router setup as an AP.
What I'd like to do is setup 2 wireless networks on the DD-WRT router. 1 network being my primary and a second for guests.
My intent with the guest network is to setup a VLAN for it, but I'd still like the Edge Router to handle DHCP if possible.
Will I need to bridge the networks through separate eth ports, or is it possible to feed them through one eth port and setup a VLAN that will pass from one device to the other? |
