I have two locations, A & B, with DD-WRT routers connected to the internet at each location.

I'm try to ensure that all machines at location A behind the DD-WRT router have all of their traffic routed through B, via OpenVPN.

I've configured the router at B so that desktop clients have all of their traffic routed through the VPN (http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/documentation/howto.html#redirect).

I've tested this via the OpenVPN desktop client; it works great.

But when I configure the DD-WRT router at A to connect to B, the router becomes inaccessible to the machines sitting behind it. I think this makes sense -- the push "redirect-gateway def1" command has told router A to communicate all traffic via B, and so it doesn't respond to the local devices. When I check the OpenVPN log status on router B, I indeed see router A connected.

But router A is otherwise inaccessible. I managed to recover router A through a Hard Reset -- but I'm still a little lost as how I can achieve what I want.

Any thoughts?

I don't think the hardware matters, but, I'm running two Linksys WRT54GL's w/ dd-wrt.v24_vpn_generic[/url]
