QoS Settings on a Netgear WNDR3700 v2

Router: Netgear WNDR3700 v2
Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/14/11) std

I am trying to set up QoS to prioritise BBC iPlayer on my router. I couldn’t find it in the services menu so I tried to use the netmask priority, however instead of having an option to choose the priority (Exempt, Premium, Express etc.) I only have a 'Max kbits Up' and 'Max kbits Down' option (see pic).

Does anybody know how to change this to having a priority dropdown menu?
