ipkg.nslu2 source seems to be back to normal.

Things i've done:
Increased the time-out towards my server.
Added a sleep between the wget and untar of mypage.
Mypage tar will not be removed from /opt to verify it's there

I have ran 3 consecutive clean install without a problem.

ok, i will begin testing it in one moment, i formatted my drive and will start anew today, one thing i did notice though from yesterday tests was that the install didn't install nearly any of the packages, most times i make a 300MB partition for the optware install - and it uses around 210 - 220MB when it finishes, yesterday it only had 142MB used when the install finished and i rebooted the unit. So something was for sure not working correctly.

I will post back when results are finished, i am also going to log the terminal to see exactly what may be happening better, i would do it to the router /tmp/install_log but thing with that is if the terminal freezes and then timeout, it doesn't produce the log.

sent you a pm.

There is not enough info in the log to pinpoint the fault.

I really don't know what is causing this.
Still seems like a file system problem.

I checked my server error logs and there are none since server restart.

Currently with a ISP rcn.com is installing and all files are downloaded so that rules out my server.
But he is running a K26 build

I won't be able to test K24 on the WRT610 till next week.
I have missed the courier today Sad

Lets hope i will be able to reproduce.

I'm sorry

It works fine on my two E3000s. I have ran the OTRW installation several times with your script. OTRW was already installed, so they are not completely new installations using your script.

Updated the first post with info on how to get:

dbus - with service script
factdefault

NOTE these are not included in the prep_optware install script.
They needs to be installed separately.

Small update.

I received the WRT610N v1.0
Loaded "14929.v24_mega_wrt610n.bin"

I will first do some testing on the recommended build before upgrading to 19342.

O.T.R.W is now installing for the first time Wink
