All packages are the latest available.

give command "wl -i eth2" it will show you the options

interference
Get/Set interference mitigation mode. Choices are:
0 = none
1 = non wlan
2 = wlan manual
3 = wlan automatic

Strange that it works for you but not for me. Can you run a 'service pound restart' and see if you receive the message I posted?

Also when trying to access the virtual host I get the message 'Service is not available' have you any idea where this message comes from?

Clean restart without errors.
Run the 'service pound' it will tell you where it's listening for.
And if the host is alive.

Do you use auto_host and default server?

Code:
root@E4200:~# service pound restart
Stopping pound
Writing /tmp/pound/pound.cfg
Starting pound
starting...
root@E4200:~#

Some other question

I see in the ps output run_rc_startup is still running.
Do you have any additional features in your startup script?

I don't have any startup script, only script i have is the loopback fix for firewall, other than that, i kept it pretty much default. I'll have to test later, is daytime now and my family wants their internet without to many disruptions. I am gonna re-try using a different partition scheme, i'm going to make the first 3 parts then make the swap last, way i have it now is like the wiki instructs, which is part1 - swap - part2 - part3 - part4, the way i am going to do it is part1 - part2 - part3 - part4 - swap

Question to other people using my rep.
Which router and which kernel are you using and is everything working as it should?

I don't think K2.6 units will have any issues, i have already tried it on 3 other devices that are k2.6 units, as i reported in an earlier post within this thread, my E3000, WNR3500L, and RT-N16 all work without any problems, its NEWD units with a USB drive that seem to have problems with this. I think barry uses a wrt54g-tm with an sd-card mod, so he most likely won't have any problems with it either as his unit wouldn't using USB, which for me so far, seems to be the problem that dd-wrt chooses to automount the wrong order of partitions.

What would be nice is if someone else using a k2.4 unit with a USB drive could step in and do some testing and post some pics with this as well, but that will be harder to find nowadays.

I have tried this using the part scheme that i posted previous, it still would not mount the correct partition, it mounts part2 now instead of 1 or 3 like it did previously. I am now about to break out with a real usb harddrive instead of this 2gig usb thumb drive to test with - just to see if it has anything to do with the drive. Will report back if this yields success.

But remember, as i noted, i don't think it has to with your rep, this seems to have more to do with how dd-wrt automounts in the later NEWD builds. In the older NEWD builds (such as 14929) the USB options are different in the gui, in that you have much more of them, in these newer NEWD builds, there is only a few options now that you can set.

I'm looking for a cheap K24 router with usb.

But here in the Netherlands it's not that easy
We don't have newegg and not much is offered on ebay Sad
Abroad there are plenty but shipping is to expensive..

If someone with a K24 router with usb support reads this.
please...

To give all an idea of what i'm working on check the screenshot.

Integration of conntrack in mypage.
Which of course can be turned off

It still needs some work but i'm getting there.
If anybody has a clue on how to reduce the padding on the submenu let me know.

I know that this has been asked before but I just wanted to verify if O.T.R.W can be installed and run on a NTFS partition or can it only be installed on a EXT2/EXT3 partition?

i have read the WIKI on how to create multiple partitions for Linux but if it can be installed on NTFS how should it be partition.

I ask because I would like to use a media manager to share music/pictures, etc with my home pc's and xbox and it would be easier if it was on a partition I can just copy to directly from a PC.

I also wanted to know if anyone is sharing pic and music with pc's and xbox what O.T.R.W application is prefered?

Thanks

I haven't tried using ntfs.
I only use the linux OS at home

I would make the opt partition ext 2 or 3
Make the data partition ntfs

Which router do you own?
When it is possible to run a kong build on your router you could use mini dnla.

I'm running a E4200 v1 with dd-wrt.v24-19342_NEWD-2_K2.6_big-nv60k.bin

From what I read it might not work anyway because I'm using K2.6.

What I read sounds promising.

mini dnla from kong will probably do the trick.
But for more info about his build you should check the myopenrouter forum.

You router supports his builds.

Run the 'service pound' it will tell you where it's listening for.

The problem was that Autohost was set to "0" - all's well

Sorry changed the default value to 0 since i think when enabled it should not make all hosts available.
Only when you know what you are doing.

I have all services defined in pound.header.
Incl. default
