I am using antcor with the cm9 radio with all countries selected. The reason for this is to use the public safety freq which we have a license for. We have 18 point to point stations thru out the county that we use to connect our outlying point to our network. This works great.

I am trying to use dd-wrt to compare the two. I have dd-wrt set up as a client but I cannot get it to see any of the ap's on the 4900 Ghz freq.

Any suggestion on what I need to do?

TIA

i have a special version which does support these extended frequencies. i removed it from the public to prevent etsi/fcc problems. please contact us to obtain the special version

I have installed the new bin. In the ap mode I can see 4900 freq.. In client mode I still do not see any of the antcors ap's. I do not see anyway in client mode to select any of the 4900 freq.

Any suggestions.

in client mode you cannot select a frequency. the client will scan the whole range for the right ap. its standard wlan. so if you set a gateworks unit to ap mit with the 4.9 frequency you can connect with any wifi client which does support this frequency range.
if it wont work with antcor i can just assume that antcor is not wifi compatible

i think you will have to put a customize scan-list to see APs operating on out of standard frequencies

not just this. i fixed a bug in 4.9 range. it was working in older versions but the channel mapping wasnt right. so it was not possible to connect to other ap's than dd-wrt ones. but this has been fixed

you can reactivate the same unit up to 3 times if you already purchased a key
