Can confirm that Wi-viz is not working in this Mega build when installed on WRT610 v2.

WOL from the Internet does not work in this build either. When the following commands are entered under the Administration > Commands tab in the startup command and the router is rebooted nothing seems to happen.

ip neigh change 192.168.1.254 lladdr ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff nud permanent dev br0
ip neigh add 192.168.1.254 lladdr ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff nud permanent dev br0

In prior builds after the reboot the following would appear under the Status > LAN tab.

Host Name - IP Address - MAC - Conn. Count
* - 192.168.1.254 - FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF - 0

I’m guessing since this is missing it’s not able to broadcast the magic packet.

Otherwise, this build seems faster. Thanks

Seems for me anyway, the "wl -i eth1 interference 2" command is not sticking when changes are made to the router. Have to reapply the value every time Crying or Very sad

Great stuff! I had my E4200 in a cupboard until now (tried Tomato but the support on there is ZERO).

USB device shows in dmesg but can't seem to get it mounted. Has anyone got some clear instructions for this?

thanks

If your drives don't mount with this svn based build, then your partition must be of type ext2/3/4 -> ext4 as already mentioned is not "supported".

ext2 and ext3 are currently detected as ext4 since BS broke diskpart with his last diskpart commit, therefore the modules for ext2 or ext3 are not loaded and mounting fails:-)

any idea about this?

Yes, read second post. btw Ext4 isn't supported use Ext2/Ext3.

The partition is actually formatted as "ext3", I don't know why it display it as ext4.... I use the same USB when I am running 17084

I know this is the broadcom forum but can these weekly build updates be loaded on an atheros based unit or does someone have to compile the code to specifically work on Atheros units?

specific builds have to be built for atheros. Right now the source code is not in subversion to do those builds. If sebhastian were to make it public I am sure it would be possible to build them as well..

not sure if anyone noticed but my Cisco light on the E4200 router is not lit. Unless there is a fix for it already...also is there an option to turn of the lights on the back of the router somewhere?

Will this also sort the "interference" setting not getting set and being reset on changes that I reported previously with 17893?
