I have an RT-N16 and an RT-N12. I have DD-WRT on both and internet is working wired and wirelessly on both no issues there.

I followed these instructions: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Repeater_Bridge

NOW THE PROBLEM
After setting everything up, I cannot access RT-N12 (the Bridge) using a browser. I left RT-N16 as 192.168.1.1 and I set up the RT-N12 as 192.168.2.1 and I can only connect to the N16. The tutorial suggests setting the bridge as 192.168.1.2, but I set it to 192.168.2.1 so that all computers joining the Bridge get a 192.168.2.xxx IP, but even though I set up the N12 as .2.1 I still get all devices connecting on that router as 192.168.1.xxx

I assume if I manage to fix the issues of why I can't connect to my N12, then the IP issue will fix itself... problem is I dont know how to. I did a 30 30 30 reset and reinstalled firmware and re-setup as Bridge and STILL nothing.

Thanks in advanced.

Thanks for the info. No wonder the tutorial in the WIKI says to change to 192.168.1.2

The reason I went for the repeater bridge is because it can use the LAN ports. I wanted a 3rd router in between the two I have to basically work as a range booster but I have no idea how to set that up.

Can I have one router as the AP and then config the 2nd as a repeater bridge 192.168.1.2 that has 192.168.1.1 as gateway and then another repeater bridge 192.168.1.3 that has a gateway to 192.168.1.2 so that all computers on all routers (wired or wireless) share same network? That would be awesome if it works.
