Will Asus RT-N16 achieve 300Mbps with DDWRT?

I am about to get a N adapter, 300Mbps one. I just wonder is Asus RT-N16 DDWRT firmware able to get 300Mbps.

Not sure if you even know what you are asking..

Yes it can achieve 300mbps link rate, but thats not going to be your throughput rate.

Make certain the adapter is 300mbps both ways, some aren't. I generally connect at 270mbps range to my RT.
