Nachdem ich hier ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/../../others/eko/BrainSlayer-V24-preSP2/2011/06-14-11-r17201/vodafone_easybox_803/ das Image für die EB 803 gefunden hab, würde ich gerne wissen, wie ich die Software installieren kann. Kann ich das über das Webinterface der Box machen, oder gibt es da einen anderen Weg?

Gibt es hier jemanden, der das schon mal gemacht hat? Geht dann Telefon usw. noch? Wäre nett, wenn sich jemand dazu äussern würde.

gemacht noch nicht, aber ich hab ne box rumstehen und würde es ausprobieren. allerdings hab ich bis jetzt nirgends was gefunden, wie und v.a. welches image man flashen sollte.

ich tippe mal darauf, dass das uImage ein unbrand-Image ist. aber muss man das jetzt zuerst flashen und danach das andere?

oder ist das andere das initial flash image und man kann danach wie gewohnt ein anderes build über die dd-wrt oberfläche nachladen?

wenn die fragen geklärt sind, bin ich sofort bereit das ganze zu testen. wenns die box nich überlebt ist es auch nich so schlimm. allerdings möchte ich sie nich durch nen dummen fehler bricken, weil ich n falsches image aufgespielt hab... Wink


@svdoldie: falls du einen vodafone NGN anschluss haben solltest, musst du allerdings vor dem flashen deine voip-zugangsdaten auslesen. vodafone rückt die nämlich normalerweise nich raus. da gibt es hier ne schöne anleitung zu.


so, dann hoffe ich mal, dass sich bald jemand meldet, der mir sagen kann wie und welches image ich nutzen soll - bin heiß drauf und würde es gerne noch heute probieren Very Happy

bleibt immer noch die frage welches image zum flashen nehmen?^^

@sash: passt das, wenn man die webflash-firmware über die vodafone gui als firmware-update lädt? mir reicht auch ein einfach "ja" oder "nein" Wink

lest lest, das mit der easybox is ja ganz was neues. son ding haben meine eltern, das wollte ich bei geraumer zeit durch nen dd-wrt router oder ne fritzbox ersetzen. am ende ist das gar nicht mehr nötig. da muss ich doch gleich mal die SIP daten herauslesen mitm hex editor.

Keines der Images wird von der Easybox 803 über die Weboberfläche akzeptiert. Sagt zu groß und/bzw. Inhalt falsch. Gibt es vll einen Tftp server?

hast du es mal über den bootloader versucht? mach nen 30-30-30 reset und schau dann nochmal Smile
bin gespannt was bei raus kommt Very Happy

so wenn ich reset drücke und gedrückt halte und strom anschließe, komme ich per webinterface auf den tiny bootloader. (192.168.2.1 und feste ip @ laptop)

da kann man dann beim upgrade modus firmware bzw. bootloader wählen. Aber beide Firmware bins werden nicht akzeptiert -> file verification failed. hatte die beiden dateien auch schon 2-3 mal geladen aber hilft nichts. was ich nicht probiert habe, ist die bootloader option zu probieren......

wer weiß mehr? Smile

Es gibt wohl mehrere Versionen der 803.

Ich z.b. habe eine 803 A. Es gibt (glaub ich) auch noch eine 803 S von Sphairon...

Zudem sind die Images die Vodafone anbietet nur 4 MB groß. Ich frage mich wie es möglich sein soll dort nun eine 8 MB große Firmware drauf zu bekommen?

Habe auch die A version hier. Und ja die original ist 4mb groß und die dd-wrt knapp 8 :>

1. webflash wird net gehn. muss ueber nen recovermode geflasht werden falls vorhanden. ansonsten seriell ueber den bootloader (ich schaetze uboot)
2. nein KEINE moden unterstuetzung afaik
