DNS Performance - seem to be sluggish

I think DNS lookups on my network might be running a bit slow, seem to take a while to first resolve domain name. Once it has the website load quickly and can move from page to page very fast. Happens on all the computer and browsers, not always slugish.

Was thinking what is the best setup for DNS, I used to use opendns, google and my ISP servers.

try just using one dns provider?

opendns's 3rd and 4th ip's are

208.67.222.220
&
208.67.220.222
