How to block mac addresses from modifying ddwrt settings?

I want to block access to the control panel from 3 mac addresses - how would I do this?
WNDR3700

Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/13/11) std

create afirewall rule to block these adressen and put it in the firewall script
