PC keeps on rebooting

Just used windows method to install DDWRT public on my ATOM 525 PC hard drive but when I start it..it just keeps rebooting. Do i have to format the hard disk again?

Please help. I followed instructions on wiki but it doesnt say what I should do with a brand new hard drive...format etc.
