QoS on encrypted Bittorrent?

Hello,
so I am using Transmission client which uses encryption by default. So can dd-wrt QOs this? Or do I have to do the suggestion of everything above 1024 as bulk...

So at least during uploads, I was able to see that doing http uploads would override the bittorrent uploads. So dd-wrt does seem to work well with Transmission. Now I need to confirm the download side as well.
