What is the best way to mount this WRAP board in a Rootenna?

the standoffs are too far apart... I'm sure somone has a simple genius answer that I've overlooked.

drilled a couple of holes in the backplate, mounted some motherboard standoffs on it, and screwed it to it.

Apparently that is the recommended fix for the WRAP in a Rootenna. Gotta put some silicone or something over the screws just in case, but...
