Hi, I recently bought a router/ap-bridge to let 40-70 people use it at the same time. It's from a Chinese company and I can say it doesn't have any brand name, basically it's just the circuit and two big antennas are connected to it. No cover.
I want to use DD-WRT to manage the users but I cannot choose the right version because all DD-WRT's are hardware specific. I've been reading the wiki and this forum for two days, doing research about other firmwares, too. I couldn't find relevant information so I decided to ask if there is any way to choose which DD-WRT I should flash.
My router has:
-Atheros AR9341
-64 MB RAM
-8 MB Flash
-1 LAN and 1 WAN Ethernet ports

stay away from the random no name (usually chinese) brands..cheap & problematic..um im assuming it has some kind of firmware on it, screenshots of it will probably help.
more data on hardware needed, switch model, radios, flash chip etc. clear HD screenshots of those parts would help.
even then, if anyone is to attempt at a blind (probably header edited from another router) build to try, expect a brick or buggy.. _________________ LATEST FIRMWARE(S)
