Anyone, what is the correct procedure when going from openWRT to DD-WRT
on this link https://www.gargoyle-router.com/wiki/doku.php?id=revert&s[]=revert you will find two links, download from any you wish the stripped file for your router model and version in your case 1043N/ND v1, and if you have LuCi from there, if not use WinScp, go back to stock, onde done uplaod oldest firware you find in Tp-link web and you are back to stock, now load DD-WRT _________________ TP-Link: TL-WR741ND V4

1. I need to download the modified version (The TP stock firmware)
2. Flash it with Luci (if available)
2b. Flash with mtd?
3. Flash with factory-to-ddwrt.bin from dd-wrt from the Stock TP-link firmware?

Is that correct?
you just missed one step, i dont know if necessary but i always do it, once you are back to stock from the stripped firmware, upgdrade to oldest firmware you find in Tp-link web, now you will have a 100% stock functional 1043 router, from there factory-to-ddwrt.bin
read well cause lasts DD-WRT builds reset does not work
and web revert has to be done via WinScp or mtd _________________ TP-Link: TL-WR741ND V4
