Have you tried factory resetting to defaults by pressing down the reset button on the back of the router? This fixed the problem (Internet access back, able to go into the control panel on WLAN) you are reporting for me with my R7000 in previous builds, I have not yet tried this one.

Uptime 1 day, 23:58
Working very well....No problems
5 GHz seems better/faster than 27858

Worked great for a while but lost connect to one station after approx 1 day.
Not sure why -- reboot station many times and get connection for second or so.
Install build 27858 back on all three and seems to be good so far..

Do not try this new firmware with Dlink DIR860L-A1, it doesn't work at all.

Murphy's Law: router just froze after being up for about 40 hours.
