Update live from previous
DD-WRT v3.0-r27734 std (08/24/15)
Linux 3.10.87 #7775 Mon Aug 24 03:31:09 CEST 2015 mips

Still has little bug same as previous builds --- Local DNS (assigned static leases access by name) not working until you 'Apply Settings'
The unbound.conf is not loading all 'local-data' at startup. Tried a few things thinking dnsmasqDNS was conflicting but does no good to
turn that off or turning off local DNS.
So I'm still using -
DNSMasq for DHCP
DNSMasq for DNS
DHCP-Authoritative
Recursive DNS Resolving
Forced DNS Redirection
Used Domain LAN & WLAN
Local DNS
No DNS Rebind
Query DNS in Strict Order
and hit 'Apply Settings' after reboot and it's working like a champ Smile

I'm assuming you're filling in the assignments you want to make under Services / Services / Static Leases.
If that's right try diabling "Local DNS", which I think only refers to providing your own hosts file.

I've only been using it for 30 minutes, but... All devices on my network seem to connect and talk to each other just fine.(a lot of devices)I'll let ya know of any issues. I've been trying all of these "beta" updates for a while now. I think it's safe to say that you've got my router figured out. Razz

Try to reset with a button Smile

Ah, thank you. Reset button seems to be disabled. Time zone seems to be working correctly though. Everything else ok so far.

Yes and tried that. Also tried disabling No DNS Rebind... and many other things.
All works perfect after a reboot if disable 'Recursive DNS Resolving'
... but I'm stubborn and I want to use it.
So it all works perfect after a reboot then an 'Apply Settings' Wink

Why do you want to use Recursive DNS Resolving?
I understand that it's not generally recommended.
Where are you enabling it? I can even find it in the dd-wrt on my WNDR3700v2.

Doing some other things with this box right now is why nothing is checked at the moment -

WNDR3700v2 - 16 MB flash
27745 wndr3700v2-webflash.bin is 8,417,308 bytes

WNDR3700v4 - 128 MB flash
27745 wndr3700v4-webflash.bin is 24,633,372 bytes

Probably why you don't see it on your box -

Router: TPLink WR842ND v2.X
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r27745 std (08/25/15)
Kernel: Linux 3.10.87 #7895 Tue Aug 25 03:26:48 CEST 2015 mips
Status: OK
Reset: NO
Errors: none

At first, no problems. But, reset button wouldn't work. Eventually, I lost connection to internet. Reset modem, reset router through web GUI, tried mac clone. Local Network fine, but still no internet. I wish I could give more info, I didn't have time to collect more data. My family went nuts without internet. I had to do something.

Thankfully I was able to revert to stock firmware with the file provided here. Everything's working now. But the stock firmware is garbage compared to dd-wrt. I'll wait for the next beta. Don't be discouraged, keep it up. You are doing great work.

Router: Dlink DIR632
Firmware: DD-WRT 20150825 r27745 beta
Old firmware: DD-WRT 20150506 r26839 beta
Kernel: Linux DD-WRT 3.10.87 #7867 Tue Aug 25 02:59:32 CEST 2015 mips GNU/Linux
Reset: No.
Errors: After firmware upgrade, could not access Web interface, and could not connect with SSH, yet it was working for LAN + Wifi internet access. Turning it off and on again made both the web interface and SSH start working again.
Fixes: A macbook was having trouble connecting to Wifi with the previous firmware (r26839) - that seems to be working again after the upgrade.
Unknown whether it should work as not: Using this unit as an access point & switch, but NOT the gateway, and would like to be able to block access to specific IP addresses for traffic passing through. Cannot seem to do this with either iptables or ebtables - iptables never worked, but ebtables used to (e.g. "ebtables -I FORWARD -p IPv4 --ip-destination 8.8.8.8/32 -j DROP "), but that's has not worked for a few months at least, including in this firmware version.

Router: Buffalo WZR-600DHP
Firmware: v3.0-r27745
Kernel: 3.10
Status: Confused
Reset: Nope
Errors:

Was working fine with r27716. Flashed with r27745 and the flash procedure finished after just 20 seconds. After reboot, GUI said I was still on r27716, the WLAN lights aren't working correctly, and the reset button doesn't work.

Flashed with r27716 and cleared settings, but reset still doesn't work and WLAN lights still wrong. Everything else seems to work OK.

Not even worth trying to update via web interface if you don't see any specific entries on the changelog. Just use tftp until it gets fixed.

Reset button is broken since 27700, folks shouldn't use any 27700 build and after, until this is not fixed http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/4800
You will need Telnet or Serial to fix it. Search the DD-WRT Wiki on how to do that.

Alternatively, you can start resetbutton manually, or through rc_startup.
