@Aboshi This solution can "fix" your router.

Power ON router and wait to fast blinking led.
On Computer run TFTP server and share file named "rftest"
Change computer IP to 192.168.0.100
Wait 20 sec
LED are stop blinking.

Now You can login on 192.168.0.1

WiFi SSID is: TP-LINK_FFFF and TP_LINK_FFFF_5G
WiFi Password is 12345670
WPS PIN is 12345670

One BIG Bug - Cannot upgrade this firmware, because Hardware Version and Firmware Version is blank.

@kuennek Have You same MAC adress on DDWRT and label on backside router?
Can You run SSH and type command:
cat /dev/mtd1 > /tmp/mtd1.bin

And using WinSCP copy this file to computer and send to forum ( use mega.nz or other file sharing)

I prepare file to use on command mtd -r write .... , Not share this file, because I dont know if You have "Hardware Version" on your flash.

I dont have rftest. I use notepad, write some letters and save file to rftest.

On UART you can repair router.
I upload Copy fullflash from my router:

Archer C9 have CFE not uboot.

Use command:
flash -noheader 192.168.0.66:12.bin flash0.trx

Use file: https://mega.nz/#!ZUIxHI6L!uQJvtcPSysGBBc73afkmOz-62hnBg-Q67cKNFT2t-wg

This is only kernel and rootfs + factory settings of my router.

@Aboshi Du You use "Enable jffs support" option on DD-WRT?

Command:
flash -noheader -offset=0xfe0000 192.168.0.66:mtd3.bin flash0

@kuennek

No I need to hardware flash the router. I have a few USB serial adapters around here somewhere but they are buried in a box that I havent unpacked yet, so I just orderd another one. Should hopefully be here tomorrow or Friday. So when I get it back up and running I'll let you know.

If Your MAC is diffrent You brick router when Back to factory firmware.

You need to open case and use USB-UART TTL cable connected to board to repair router.

Yes

Damage to any of the following may also cause issues, since they're contained in the TP-Link partition table but not updated by firmware updates nor properly represented in the MTD partition map:
Code:

partition default-mac base 0xe40000 size 0x00200
partition pin base 0xe40200 size 0x00200
partition product-info base 0xe40400 size 0x00200
partition profile base 0xe70000 size 0x10000
partition default-config base 0xe80000 size 0x10000
partition user-config base 0xe90000 size 0x50000
partition log base 0xee0000 size 0x100000
partition radio_bk base 0xfe0000 size 0x10000
partition radio base 0xff0000 size 0x10000

If You have only broken 0xe40000 size 0x10000 and write stock firmware. System Tools - Firmware Upgrade dont work.

If You have only broken 0xF80000 size 0x10000 and write stock firmware. Router stop booting and power led start fast blinking.
