Repeater Bridge mode to WNDR3700v4/r37360 on 2.4GHz
Working well!!!
After setup VAP & its security I had to reboot before a client could connect to VAP.
Using different WPA2-AES on VAP also works well.
Couple mobile devices connected without a problem.
NOTE: Anytime I changed SSID or security on VAP I had to reboot before it worked.
Thanks For Fixing The Repeater Bridge

Repeater Bridge works very well.... same as on the WNDR3700v3 .. have to do a reboot to get settings in order or cannot connect to VAP
I like it -
Looks like we have a bunch of new IP Filter Settings I haven't noticed before
.. humm, I don't have them on the atheros WNDR3700v4 w/ 27360

I'm surprised the E2000 is not working in RB mode. I actually first installed 27360 (on E2500) over the previous build with a non-working RB setup --- that was a disaster. Had to erase NVRAM and start over. Creating VAP --> saved --> set WPA2-AES --> saved and then hit Apply seemed to crash the GUI/http for several minutes. Restart browser, cleared cache log back in and hit Apply again seemed to work. Then had to restart router before it all worked.
So, I also dont see a reason why the E2000 wouldnt work
Might be some lingering artifact in the NVRAM. It's been argued the 30-30-30 isn't necessary but I have -- in the least done a GUI factory reset, CL NVRAM erase, 30-30-30-30-30-30 reset and said ugly words before I could get some configurations to work.
For wireless network mode I always match what I'm connected to and it works for me -
Repeating a 5 GHz radio I use N-Only cause N-Only is all I ever set on a 5 GHz radio.
G-Only connected to any WRT54G.
NG-Mixed on everything else.
That's just standard settings for me. Make sure all other setting are correct for RB mode and it should work. good luck --
I'm going to update the E1200v2 and see what happens with it.

I always try that and it never works on these boxes as Mr SinCalChewy has told me
It went into firmware management mode. Install 21061 and then to

Linux 3.10.80 #8615 Thu Jun 18 08:00:48 CEST 2015 mips
Repeater Bridge mode works great on the E1200v2.
I am currently connected with my phone to the VAP on the E1200v2 which is repeater bridged to
the VAP on the E2500 which is repeater bridged to my main router.
And using different WPA2 AES security on the VAP
It's all good -

Works great as a AP, Client Bridge, Repeater Bridge
Note: For repeater bridge, wireless has to be in mixed mode. It does not connect in NG-Mixed
Note1: Works even better when OC´d @400
before this build.
EDIT: After a day, the router suddenly started to refuse connections to the VAP as it used to berofore. I tried erasing NVRAM and reconfiguring with no luch. Will reflash and report
