UBNT NanoStation 2 Bootloader

I installed a new bootloader in my device UBNT Nano Station 2 but i have a problem with it.I got serial access to the device but the LAN was not going up.

I will tell you what happened.
When i turn on my router,in putty it shows.

MicroRedBoot v1.4, (c) 2009 DD-WRT.COM (Dec 26 2012 REVISION Unversioned directory)
CPU Type: Atheros AR2315/6/7/8
CPU Clock: 184Mhz
Found Flash device SIZE=0x00400000 SECTORSIZE=0x00010000 FLASHBASE=0xBFC00000
Reset Button triggered
Booting Recovery RedBoot
reset button 5 seconds pushed, erasing nvram
(Wating ,wating........... nothing happens)

Then i turned off my router and when then i turned on my router by pressing the reset button when the below stuff starts showing.

And stops there.Nothing happen after that.

And the last method i used that i turn on the router by depressing the reset button.

Here it also stops nothing happen then.

So can anyone tell me the correct method to move forward and have my router working.I used this bootloader file

hmmm....have u flashed the correct bootloader for your device (ram, flash, and phy)
