How to MDNS / Bonjour over PPTP?

I have successfully been able to connect ios device to ddwrt router serving the pptp connection.

I can not seem to use bonjour over the pptp connection.

any help from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Eibgrd. Thank you very much for jumping in

ddwrt router is the device managing my local home lan and running the server deamon

iOS device is client on remote Lan attempting to access bonjour service behind the ddwrt device the iOS device is running the native pptp client


My object is the remote iOS device (iPad) be able to connect to iTunes device on the local lan

The pptp server does give out an ip on the local subnet. 192.168.99.x and the local dhcp settings do not conflict
