Remote Web GUI not Working

I have enabled the Remote Access Web GUI port as shown below.



But when I go to https://mydomain.com:8081 the web GUI is not available (my modem directly connects to my DD-WRT router).

I have even tried forwarding port 8080/8081 to port 443 on 192.168.1.1.

Any help?

I have a feeling that it may have to do with the "allow any remote IP" setting, as if I do https://mydomain.com:8080 internally, it works.

Mods can delete this...

Just tried to access it from my phone. Apparently my work blocks anything that is not port 80 or 443.

The "Remote Access" is just that, it port forwards to your current port on the inside of your network.

Therefore, you would not be able to access your webgui from port 8081 because that is being forwarded port 80 on the inside of your network.
