Linksys WRT54G v6
DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/15/06) micro

When I set the wireless security to disabled, WEP, or variations of WPA, I get an SSID broadcast, but when I set it to RADIUS, no SSID.

Is this to be expected? Is there a way to fix this? Am I missing something obvious?

Sorry to bump this, but I have tried this on several different routers and the result is the same.

Can the wireless security setting be radius and have the wlan broadcast work?

Could someone please test this on their router to see if it works at all?

My WRT54GL v1.0 with OpenWRT RC6 works fine with WPA2-Enterprize: I am able to control the SSID broadcasts properly.

When you select RADIUS (not WPA...RADIUS), the radio is switched to Ad Hoc mode, that's why you get no SSID broadcast. Why that is so I don't know, but I would like to...
