Hi, its been a long time since my last post here...
The problem I got now is the internal cable from the board of my Asus RT-N16 got broke-off, so I temporary solder an inch of a standard wire. So, is my temporary fix okay?
Wire used is 22 AWG, stranded type.
Any suggestion on where on eBay I can buy a good replacement for the internal cable for the antenna? _________________ INACTIVE...

As long as your signal is ok - you should be fine.
Was it the middle antenna cable?
Most testing has found the middle antenna really doesn't have much impact.
Left + Right antenna's much more critical. _________________ Soylent Green Is People !

Well your simplest test is going to be:
1) fresh reboot of the router
2) do a bunch of wireless speedtests (speedtest.net)
You want to look for good high speed transfers and also look for noise
Check the TX/RX - if the # of bad packets is very low, you should be fine
If you have a huge # of bad packets, your solder job / wire may not be good and could be introducing noise. _________________ Soylent Green Is People !
