It was working with a "02-11-2013-r20675", taken from the FTP server. Last night, I found it dead. No reaction for reset, no pings. Just the power LED is orange, sometimes flashing green. When I power it on, the CPU chip is heating. Is it possible to debrick?

These things are prone to this "orange-eye syndrome" - they just die suddenly. Quite often, there's nothing that can be done afterwards.

From what I have seen myself and read on the net, this is a hardware-related issue that can not be fixed by an end-user. Do you have a console cable? Try using it and if the output stops after a couple lines (or there's no output at all) then you have a brick.
