So many folks volunteering to beta test this unit but is someone actually working on the FW?
Is it confirmed if this unit capable of dd-wrt?
I am thinking of buying this unit but need to know if first this has the potential of dd-wrt and second who ever is working on FW, if they have an estimate on beta FW availability.

Yes there is good news at the end of the tunnel, EKO is starting to port NAND flash drivers into the kernel with the below check in for the new net gear... Once those are committed to the repo, then the really fun devel/testing will begin as I have all of the E series routers... EA2700 and EA6500... I have helped port other devices so these should not be hard to do.

This version is why I registered for the forum. I am very interested in the DD-WRT firmware for this router. The stock firmware keeps ticking me off at every turn!

Is there anything I can do, even though I am not a developer, to help the release process along?

How is the progress on this router going? I noticed that Fractal hasn't posted anything about it since December 19 2012... Again asking. Is there anything a non developer can do to help?
