Ok, found the problem with this build on rt-n16.
I'm not sure why my previous post got deleted, but Resetting to factory default makes the router unusable.
1. Flash to dd-wrt.v24-13297_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini.bin
Flash and reboot ok
2. Reset factory defaults
Reboot ok
3. Flash to dd-wrt.v24-20675_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega.bin
Flash and reboot ok
4. Reset factory defaults
reboot but no ssh, no web-gui, no ping
Obviously something's wrong with this build.
Can produce this faithfully every time.

If you couldn't ping it, you would not have been able to flash it with the mini build either. So at this point it is unclear as to whether this is a build issue or a user issue. Your previous post was split, not deleted. Search for it. _________________ SIG:

Yes, I had to power+wps for 30 seconds in order to get it to work then flash to mini.
If you have rt-n16 with this build, just go to web-gui - administration - factory default.
Then the router will reboot, and become unusable.
Only way you can get it back is power+wps for 30 seconds.

dd-wrt.v24-20675_NEWD-2_K2.6_big-nv60k.bin
on e4200.
In this build tested wl1 (didn't test wl0) is very unstable for my setup.
Reported Connection by Windows after a while drops down to 1 or 2 Mb/s and stays there.
Disconnecting and connecting again makes the connection speed 300Mbps, only to drop again after some time.
Doing a test with iperf shows moments of no transfer and an overall drop in maximum reached speeds.
Linksys E2000 flashed to dd-wrt.v24-20675_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-e2000.bin
Very stable so far:
Uptime - 3 days, 15:23 without any PPPOE disconnects.
Load Average - 0.00, 0.02, 0.00
CPU OC'D from 345mhz > 480mhz.
The only thing I'm experiencing is 100% load when doing speedtests (connected to fiber modem, 100/100 line). During this time the web interface is unreachable. Is this normal ?

My wrt 610N v2 seems to not be able to update to the latest dd-wrt.v24-20675_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega.bin or dd-wrt.v24-20675_NEWD-2_K2.6_big.bin
Image too big for partition: linux
Me too, on WRT610N V2 flash image size bigger about 7.75 MiB will NOT work. Release 20675 big+mega flash failed started from mini r20675, but STD_USB_NAS works.
A tp-link 841N v3 flashing using:
tl-wr841nd-webflash.bin (r20675)
the flashing procedure is ok and smooth.
But when I configure it, it got reboot error:
Once click "Administration -> reboot router" ,the router reboots, but does not coming back alive.
I check the led, the route is rebooted, but stuck at somewhere ,and the "sys" led is always on.
I had to re-plug the power cord to have it back online again.
This can replayed (I do test it for 4 times)
I reflash an older version which I had used for a long time,it is good.
USB drive gets mounted twice as reported in some past revisions.

I tried to flash the std build on my wrt310N v1.0 and it seems to flash ok. But after I configure it and reboot my router, it is unresponsive and the blue power led is flashing. All I have to do to get it responsive again is a power cycle. But this is a pain the butt since I have it set to reboot on a regular basis.
I have tried reflashing it and also tried flashing the mini build and neither helped the situation. _________________ the gpzbc

I installed build 20675 mini in my E1500. Noticed very high CPU usage common with all other Brainslayer builds. I reverted back to Eko's build 18946 which I had the most luck with.
