I purchased 2nd hand ubiquiti litestation 2, it has been flashed with ddwrtV24-sp1 and has been activated.

If I upgrade it to V24-sp2, do I need to buy license again? if no, how do I activate it since i don't have "ddwrt shop account". (previous owner might has it).

You can upgrade to SVN 17967, after that you need a new activation key. Contact the previous owner if you want to upgrade beyond SVN 17967.

My current Device and DDWRT version:
Router Model: Ubiquiti Litestation 2
Firmware Version: DD-WRT v24-sp1(07/30/08)std build 10046

I want to upgrade to v24 PreSP2 [beta] Build: 13064 (recommended). 2009/10/10.
However, there is a remaks "This router requires a Professional Activation".

Is the SVN same with build no, 13064 correct? it won't ask for activation, will it?

I need confirmation before i flashed it with the PreSP2 version. HELP!!!!

Your router is already activated, so you do not need to activate it again if you decide to upgrade your unit to SVN 13064. However, you need a new key after SVN 17967 because DD-WRT changed the key format. Contact the previous owner for a new key if you want to upgrade beyond SVN 17967.

I hope that you are kidding. How did you flash the unit?

Take a look here for older versions.
