Advice On Good Router

Hi There,

I have a Billion 7800N with supposed VPN capability, but it's not able to connect to HideMyAss VPN. They said it's a modem/router and without it being DD-WRT compatable it's simply not possible.

My question is: I need advice on a good (possibly LinkSys) router that can: Dial onto my ISP ADSL2+ network (Internode), have fast Wifi capability and be able to use DD-WRT. Is this possible? OR Do I absolutely need a separate device to do the routing? If this is the case... will a 'BUFFALO AirStation HighPower N450 Gigabit Wireless Router' be suitable?
