Recently bought a Picostation M2HP and had some trouble getting it to work with DD-WRT, so I just thought I'd post how I got it to work.
This solves the problem of flashing the Picostation and it not taking (lights still flash), as well as not being able to access the web interface after setting WAN to DHCP.
1. Download this firmware (20086).
2. Follow this guide to tftp the 20086 firmware to your Picostation.
3. Once you have flashed to firmware and can access the web interface at 192.168.1.1, flash update via the web interface using this firmware (18024).
4. Enjoy!
I'm a relative novice when it comes to networking and DD-WRT, so I may not be able to answer why this works, but this is what worked for me.
