I checked :

and found that I have atheros with 4 mb flash.

Now I want your help how can I do this?

The device looks like having a proprietary bootloader which is closed-source, in any case it must be replaced at first before talking about booting linux. Changing bootloaders is not recommended for routers that are still in warranty period since this can be a reason to refuse it if it fails. Also 16 megabytes of ram is too little and not worth working, it may not work well with huge amounts of traffic. 16 MiB of RAM isn't enough for modern firmwares.

not true for this hw. but i see with the propritay sw which is running.

you can add jtag and backup the orig flash, then flash microredboot fitting your hw. then we can go on

I made it without jtag, I used following commands in the BootBase(briefly):
