Limited/No Connectivity on Fon

Hello, the public fon signal works and I can connect to it and login and go to the internet, but I cannot connect to the private signal to access the 192.168.10.1, all it says is Limited/No Connectivity.

I have a cable modem which is going to a wireless router and I have the fon going to one of the ethernet ports on the wireless router.

worst guide in the fucking world because they didn't tell you to enable SSH permanetly
