MER Running on Asus RT-N16

I need a working script so that i can run my sky fibre direct from my "Asus RT-N16" DD-WRT mega build 18946M NEWD-2 K2.6 Eko,it appears i can no long use the `PPPoA` on a third part router as sky have changed the protocol to `MER` .I have extracted the username and password from my Sagemcom F@ST2504n router and added to the script suggested here http://wiki.ph-mb.com/wiki/MER

not working any suggestions would be helpful.

The wan Iface on an RT n 16 is probably vlan2 if that works then a more generic script should use an nvram get to look it up
