Prevent multicast to specific IP address

I want to prevent multicast to reach my access point which I've on a static lease with IP 192.168.10.162. I don't use the wireless on my Linksys E4200, but instead I've a separate access point. Is there some iptables (or similar) command I can run so the firewall blocks multicast to a specific IP?


The reason is that the wireless dies as soon as I turn on the TV (AT&T); I guess it gets flooded with the multicast packages. I currently run DD-WRT v24-sp2 (03/19/12) big - build 18777.


btw. I tried looking at e.g. the pages below, but haven't been able to figure it out.

No comments... Does anyone know if it's at all possible to prevent multicast/broadcast to a specific IP?

If it's not possible, or very complicated, I guess I would have to resort to some other solution?

with the wikiinfo and the ebtables manual u will be able to do it
