If we have a dual radio Avila unit, is it possible for one radio to support both an encypted and open SSID, and the second radio an additional (3rd) encrypted SSID?

I'm thinking of a situation where we have voice over Wifi on one encrypted ID, and open AP with authentication handled elsewhere, and then a government network on a second radio/SSID with encryption. Is this feasible?
