Bought this one (on eBay) for my inlaws to use at their country house. They're going to use it with a Huawei E220 3G modem, so no flashing to DD-WRT, but I thought pics of the inside (sorry, bad focus) might be useful to people.
There are four solder points for serial port, one square, three round.
The model is WS-WN512N1, but it's not stated on the unit itself, only on the case it came in.
PCB sais XDX-RN502H v7.0.
Main chip is Ralink RT3050F
also added pic of unit (ebay deep links tend to die eventually).
Shouldn't be a problem having this one re-flashed to DD-WRT. |
