My question is raised because according the thread to install the dd-wrt in my router, I need to perform some checks (see link http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=80420) where I need to check the corerev (below the instructions).
To test your corerev, login via telnet or ssh and run:
nvram get wl0_corerev
For dual radio devices, also run:
nvram get wl1_corerev
If the numbers are 16 or higher then you can use the K26 builds.
in case that telnet/ssh is not available, how can I get the coredev to identify the right version to be installed?
E3000 does only run K26 build so no need for checking corerev, that is only done for older routers.
Look up the E3000 in dd-wrt wiki Supported Devices and there should be a link to the install instructions. _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
