@Sash:
Sorry for my question. I just was confused about your upgrade-request. In my "screenshot" you can see that on the board is an 2.27, which is the latest firmware. I also updated the routeros to 5.17. So everything was up to date. So please excuse my "stupid question".
@pizzulicchio:
it is a RB600
I've written the images with
dd if=rb600.img of=/dev/sdc
on my CF-card then tried to boot from the card. And I got always the same result. The board stops at "jumping to kernel code".
So please, if you have any ideas, tell me. And please be tolerant to a new forum member.

I had 8 GB Compact Flash

reflash works only through a raw image write to the cf. see x86 instructions.
what you mean by x86 instruction ? you mean physidiskwrite.exe witht the dd-wrt image ?
how we can flash this compact flash
I have rea in the manual
At least two partitions must exist on the device, first of which being the ELF image
the board is to be booted from (normally, it is a Linux kernel, appended with the kernparm ELF section that
specifies the root partition name and, optionally, other kernel parameters of your choice).
how can we do that ?
I tried to format it using the CLI and then put the rb800.img in the cf card using winbox and when tried to boot and it showed me
"CF BOOT FAILURE: kernel partition missing!"
