I'm having a similar issue on my WNDR3700. Except I just get the message "miau not found" when I run the "miau" command.
I can see the program in /jffs/usr/bin. I've tried running "miau" from that directory and I've also tried "miau -d /jffs/usr/bin". Both have the same result: "miau not found".
WNDR3700 here as well, same sort of issues. Even attempted installing a version prior. when you run, it just shows errors, even with a slimmed down config script.
you are missing some prerequisite packages and your system is trying to execute it as a text script
Hi, thanks for the input. When I check the prerequisites, I get these messages when I write "ipkg list":
ERROR: File not found: /jffs/usr/lib/ipkg/lists/whiterussian
You probably want to run `ipkg update'
ERROR: File not found: /jffs/usr/lib/ipkg/lists/non-free
You probably want to run `ipkg update'
ERROR: File not found: /jffs/usr/lib/ipkg/lists/backports
You probably want to run `ipkg update'
and then when I write ipkg update, nothing happens. Could this be the problem and what does it mean?
Sorry for repeating myself but I am a complete linux amateur.
There is a problem with the ipkg update function on several newer builds, they use the --passive--ftp function inside the ipkg. to get around this, I copied the ipkg from the /bin directory to my /jffs partition, and using vi, removed the --passive-ftp line after wget, saved, and it seemed to download. but on most builds, miau still wont load, because there's some ELF error.
