Hi, i recently bought a D-Link DIR-600 Rev. B1 and installed DD-WRT on it, all went smoothly.
I was previously using a linux router with 3 network interfaces where eth0 was connected to my cable modem, the eth1 was connected to a switch where my servers were connected and eth2 was connected to another router and from there to my local lan.
Eth0 ---> Internet
Eth1 ---> Servers
Eth2 ---> Lan
I am sorry to say, i am not too technical so any help will be apreciated very much. What i want to know now is if i can do the same thing with my DIR600. Like, using it as i was using my linux router. If i can do the following for example:
old eth0 - WAN ---> Internet
Old eth1 - Port1 on the router ---> Servers
Old eth2 - Port2 on the router ---> LAN
Is it possible to assign 1 fixed and static ip adddress to Port1 and to Port2? like i did on the linux router?
