Are you running multiple routers in Client or Wireless Bridge configuration? Also know in the newer versions as WDS AP/WDS Station.

No, just a single unit.

Hello all,
I recently received an early build of the Buffalo Branded DD-WRT firmware which will be released shortly after the WZR-HP-AG300H goes on sale.
DD-WRT v24SP2-EU-US (02/23/11) std - build 16262
The wireless range has definitely gotten better. I'm not sure how stable this new build is, its too early to tell (my uptime is 14min).
I was hoping the 90day Client Lease Time on my ipod touch would be fixed and display at "Static", but its not a big deal. Last edited by Hacktivist on Sat Feb 26, 2011 3:37; edited 1 time in total

The TX Power is currently set to 20 dBm. I tried changing it to 15dBm and 19dBm, but there was no increase from 14dBm.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure whether or not I'm allowed to do that. Last edited by Hacktivist on Sun Feb 27, 2011 7:14; edited 1 time in total

However, you can do what I did: Send a request for this build to Brian Verenkoff. His email is brian(at)buffalotech.com
sent you a PM. _________________ Upgraded to

I have problems with my wireless connection whenever I have my external HDD connected to the USB port.
Sometimes it's SSID wont even get broadcasted, or even if it's broadcasted my devices wouldn't join.
The ext HDD is powered by an AC adapter, shouldn't have power issues.
Any advice?

As it stands, my whr-hp-g54 has more range power than my wzr-hp-g300nh, which is not supposed to be. Hopefully this issue will be addressed soon.
Max power in channel 11 is 27.42db http://www.mediafire.com/file/wrjf5hdmskk5txy/GetApplicationAttachmen1t.pdf
I know you can set the power output on the router with a setting. How do you test power output, is there a Windows App that lets you test the actual TX/RX power out?

I would expect it to be more complicated than that as testing the power at a normal client would not account for losses in transmission or gains at the clients antenna. _________________2xWZR-HP-G300NH(B) (B0 B0) DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/14/11) std 17201
One antenna swapped for an RP-SMA connector and 14dB external Yagi.
