super sache das!

was für hardware wird den unterstützt?

gibt es dd x86 nur als image oder vielleicht auch als binary um es auf einem debian/ubuntu/suse system zu installieren? das wäre klasse!

da dd-wrt ein eigenständiges linux ist, muß es separat gebootet werden. es unterstützt eigentlich jede x86 hardware die mindestens pentium klasse ist.

wlan netzwerkkarten atheros chipsatz AR5001 bis AR5006

ethernet netzwerk adapter funktioniert jeder für den es linux treiber gibt ...

Wie siehts denn mit 802.11n Draft Hardware aus?

So was oder Broadcom?


Ich hab eine Anfrage auf dem Tisch nach outdoor dual wifi Hotspots (5Ghz wan uplink, 2.4Ghz .n Distribution in der Zelle) auf dem Tisch. Geht so was mit DD-WRT? Welche Plattform würdet ihr nehmen?

für atheros 802.11N gibts keine frei verfügbaren linux treiber ... die treiber die es gibt, wirst du nicht bezahlen können ...

eventuell gibts in einigen wochen/monaten 802.11N ralink karten, die sollten guten linux support bieten ... sowas is aber noch nicht in massenproduktion.

ich würde nur avila gateworks nehmen. die boards sind spitze und das schnellste und robusteste was du kriegen kannst. (auch bei uns im shop verfügbar)
