It seems that DIR-620 is only sold in Russia and in the Baltic states so it will not need FCC approval. _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
In the reference firmware is almost nothing does not work. It was designed as a complement to the package of Internet (russian provider Yota) 3G or WiMax.

How flash DD-WRT on DIR-620
1. Solder pins to the 4 pin serial.
2. Prepare TFTP server (located in the download area)
3. Download the latest DD-WRT RT-N13U build to the root folder of the tftp.
4. Set the IP address of the computer or device running the tftp server to 192.168.0.105/24
5. Set your console program to 57600, 8, n, 1
6. The boot timeout is 3 seconds, so you will have to be very fast with the next step
While powering on, the following message will display at the console:
Code:
---------------------
Please choose the operation:
1: Load system code to SDRAM via TFTP.
2: Load system code then write to Flash via TFTP.
3: Boot system code via Flash (default).
4: Entr boot command line interface.
9: Load Boot Loader code then write to Flash via TFTP.
---------------------
7. Select [4], and put in this command: Erase linux.
8. Reboot device and Select [2].
Maybe it can be used some way to flash DD-WRT? As far as i understand, it writes two images (?) to MTD via command "mtd_write", written by D-Link developers, which is analogue of DD-WRT's "mtd".
I don't understand principles of flashing embedded devices too much, so i can tell really stupid things, sorry.
