UPDATE: It looks like Sash fixed PPPoE http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/dd-wrt/ticket/1923 and maybe it will work again in the next svn release. _________________

After update to this version my ports no longer are forwarded.
Went one version back, and it all works fine again.
It's only loopback that's broken, not port forwarding.

Anyone else having problems with the OpenVPN build on an e2000? I've tried upgrading to this release on two e2000s and flashing the OpenVPN build bricks both. No response to pings and recovery possible only through serial console.

There is no openvpn build for the E2000, you'd have to use something like this to upgrade to after the initial trailed build flash...

dd-wrt.v24-15943_NEWD-2_K2.6_big-e2k-e3k.bin
I would reference the wiki on build info regarding your E2000.
Right, that's what I mean. These were already running an older version of of dd-wrt.v24-15508_NEWD-2_K2.6_std_usb_nas-e2000.bin just fine. They are currently running the 15943 version of that same build just fine as well, but anytime I try the OpenVPN build it is a guaranteed brick.

There is no OpenVPN build for e2k/e3k!!! You must use the Big build if you want to use OpenVPN on it. If you're saying the Big build bricks it then please state that it's the Big build explicitly. E2K and E3K must only use builds that have their name in the filename, they can not use the generic k2.6 builds because they have a different NVRAM size. _________________ Read the forum announcements thoroughly! Oh, I see what you're saying. I thought nvram size was discovered on boot and handled by dd-wrt accordingly. You just needed the e2k build for the initial flash.

I wrongly flashed dd-wrt.v24-15943_NEWD-2_K2.6_std_nokaid_small.bin into my Netgear WNDR3300. Now it bricked. Is there anyway I can recover my router, thanks.

There is a some issue over upnp service, when force reconnect it´s activated over pppoe the upnp service erase all entries, I think appears to be and issue.

Somebody to test?
Regards
That is not a bug. When you reconnect to your ISP the port forwards need to be updated to use the new WAN IP so they all get deleted. The UPnP applications are responsible for requesting that the router forward the ports to them again. _________________ Read the forum announcements thoroughly! Be cautious if you're inexperienced.
